Reviews and Ratings
The resort has beautiful landscaping and a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. While the beach is stunning and the service from our butler, Shamicka, was exceptional, the dining options felt quite limited and the pool service was slow. Overall, it was a lovely vacation, but the management needs improvement for a more seamless experience.
My stay at the Ocean Club was overall enjoyable, highlighted by its gorgeous grounds and stunning beach. However, the service was inconsistent, fluctuating between excellent and frustrating, particularly during dining experiences. The location is beautiful, but some facilities, like the family pool, could use some improvement. Despite these drawbacks, I found it to be a reasonable value for a resort of this caliber.
I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given its Four Seasons name, but sadly, it fell short in many areas. While the renovated rooms offered beautiful ocean views and were comfortable, the service was lackluster at best, which really put a damper on the experience. The food was overpriced and consistently disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a true luxury stay.
The hotel offers a stunning atmosphere with beautiful grounds and great food, especially at the beach restaurant. However, the experience was marred by a cold infinity pool that wasn't enjoyable and slow service that impacted our stay. The property has its charm, but it can be frustrating to deal with unresponsive staff and limited dining options.
